My dad live in thailand right now and his green card almost expired, can he file a form i-407 in Thailand in person or every thing have to be online. Really appreciate your answer. Thank you Well there is no USCIS in Bangkok anymore, so if he's going to be abandoning his his greencard it would be through a US lockbox But the question would be, if he is permanently relocating back to Thailand why bother?
