Photo: The Phuket News PHUKET: The Phuket Provincial Public Health (PPHO) Office has maintained that the air quality across the island is “healthy”, despite a light haze covering the island and a government agency under the Pollution Control Department reporting a red ‘Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups’ warning with PM2.5 reading of 149 at Chalong Circle this morning (Jan 22) Plerndow Thongnunui, an environmental health official at the PPHO, told The Phuket News today, “Phuket air quality is still good.” “People on the island can see the air quality report from Air4Thai, either through its website or application.
