CharlieH 29,892
Had something sent to me (letter)from the Midlands by tracked service at 4pm Monday, Thursday it was in Bangkok, Sat am its waiting for me to collect. 5 days ! I find that astonishing given the usual 10 day is normal experience Guess this one was in the right place at the right time. In contrast, an item sent from Australia on Jan 8th has just touched down in Bkk after 15 days.

Eindhoven 3,208
Have been visiting Thailand since 1992. I've had a lot of stuff sent to me over that period. Five days is normal for an airmail letter. Of course COVID-19 put paid to that.

I think you also have to consider "final destination" as naturally Bangkok etc will be 2-3 faster than other areas of the cou try as an example. In this instance Bangkok in 3 final in 5.
