I've just applied for a STV and got a change of heart regarding the ASQ. I remember attaching my agoda reservation when applying for a STV - but now reading the requirements again I can't see they actually mentioning the ASQ until the COE part (which I haven't done yet.). I may be wrong here but it's my understanding that the ASQ is tied to your application for COE and has nothing to do with your Visa.
