Overall the load looks pretty good compared to so many I've seen on the roads in Thailand.

I'd merely suggest the driver put counterweights on the front of his truck to  lower the front wheels.        ????

It would then give him the benefit of being able to steer.

Normal on Phetkasem road to the south...Many drivers are even speeding driving slowly on the right lane, People know if you drive from Samut Songkram to Prachuap Kiri Kan..... At checkpoints the heavy loaded trucks are waiting in a long row till the check time is over and so nothing will ever improved

Amazing, but not an uncommon sight. Lomsak and its surrounds grow many cabbages and these are transported by such overloaded trucks to the markets. Many can be seen on Route 12 especially heading east from Lomsak towards Khon Kaen and beyond. They can be a "pain in the neck" when slowly trying to climb the hills in the single road section through Nam Nao National Park!!
