MAF666
A high performance petrol propulsion system is prone to events like this. Should there be a petrol leak, it will sit in the bilges and ignite upon starting. Very common event worldwide.
DisainaM
hard to say, it doesn`t look like a Pardo 43, what`s the price of a new 16 meter boat, including Thai Tax ? what did the owner spend for interior design, too much Swarovski ? I wouldn`t asume anything, without proper information, if he calculates the damage for the new replacement value, its total different to the used market price. Also the loss adjuster could be advised, to be careful, when the owner could cancel the hole shopping mall contracts with the same insurance, so, the claim could be focused on his boat valuation, and his reaction, to sign the first compensation offer.
