jackspade Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 I've filled this form out 5 times. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, different image formats, everything. When I click submit all I get is this modal saying I need to attach a copy of my passport: I've I've followed the entire form to the T, including attaching my passport.
