Danderman123 7
I went to Jomtien immigration to get a visa exempt 30 day extension, some 24 days days before my visa exempt status expires. I was told to come back “week before”, but I read here that there is a requirement to file for an extension no less than 15 days before expiration. So, is it 7 days or 15 days? I would hate to show up 7 days before only to be told that the deadline has passed. BTW, is the QueQ app working to get an appointment?
ubonjoe 48,731
There is no minimum number of days to do an extension. It can be done on the last day. Only applying for a non immigrant visa at immigration has a 15 day minimum number of days.
