jonga80
Hi, I'm planning going this weekend to Cha-Am. I think there are not trains now going there. I read the mini vans depart from Sai Tai Mai, it's very far, so I want to be sure if there are nowadays vans going to Cha-Am, and I would love to know the timetable of the departures. Thanks. WineOh
I would also like to know more info on current travel restrictions between provinces (especially Samut Sakhon) As I am also thinking about heading that way this weekend. Thanks.

uncleP
out of interest guys the new sai tai mai will be closing and busses will be going back to the old bus station. its just around the corner from me. My wife says they refuse to pay the high rents on the new place and are off back to the old place. I think its going to be this year.
jonga80
Anyone knows how can I go to Cha-Am? It's possible there? I mean in Sai Tai Mai. Anyone knows the timetable of the mini vans? I need to reserve a hotel, so I would like to confirm how can I go.

Mini buses leave usually every 15 minutes or so,if not a lot of people it may be a bit longer.

So still working, because they told me the trains are not going now, I don't know if is true, but when I try to book in 12go I only have the Taxi option. And do you know what time they start going to Cha-Am? About the hotel or maybe Airbnb, I like to book before. Thank you!

In 12go the price of the taxi is 1900 bahts. My budget is limited so I think the taxi option is not for me.

I have no idea what time they leave for Cha-am but the earliest would be around 6 am. Mini bus service is quite good and they go early mornig till evening. Will take around 3 hours? They do not speed anymore like a few years ago.
