This means people will be able to get new licences and get extensions. Priority is given to those who pre-booked an appointment from January 4th to 31st who can apply again to visit from now until March 15th. Those who apply on the queue system (DLTSmart Queue) or DLT website from now will be allocated an appointment also. Those who have never been on the system can apply from March 16th. By the way, I see a lot of cars with "faded'" plate numbers in Chiang Mai since they have to many camera used for speeding and red light. You are lucky yours is faded naturally. And they are recent cars and SUVs. I wonder if they use sand paper or a light spraying with white color. The BIB did not catch this one yet...
