Golf in Chiang Mai, an update please

Recommended Posts

Guys… next week MrsJ and myself are considering making our way up to Chiang Mai,  on the way playing Sirikit Dam, Mae Moh and Grassan Khuntan. We have  played them all before so know what to expect. Might stop a day or two at Sirikit as we like the course. Also what is the air pollution like at Sirikit and Mae Moh, seem to remember last time you couldn't see the sky or the hills.

Can anyone offer updated advice about playing in Chiang Mai…promotions etc.  Last time we were up there did a ‘stay and play’ at North Hills (bit pricy if I remember), played Summit Green Valley and Doi Inthanon but wouldn’t bother with that one again.

Thanks for any info/advice

I hid this topic as we had to change our plans, but now we plan to make our way up starting on 9th March. I'll post anything I get back from from various Golf courses as they come in.

If anyone can offer any information, or correction to what I post, please do. I think most of the time we will stay in CM hotels.

Attitaya Golf Course (previously Gold Canyon) in Lamphun is in excellent condition. There are 27 holes,

it's  not busy and 600Baht for Green Fee, Caddie and Cart is a great deal.

Alpine and Highlands are CM's best courses so play them if you can.

Alpine have constant , short-term promotions .

Air quality will be <deleted> while you are here.
