webfact
American man, 39, found dead in Hua Hin Picture: Prachuap Post Hua Hin police and rescue services responded after a close friend of an American man found him hanged in an apparent suicide at his house. It happened at Royal Home Village, Soi 102. The deceased (full name withheld) aged 39 had apparently hanged himself in an exercise room. He had been dead at least 10 hours when a rescue foundation arrived on the scene. The close friend of the deceased said that he was a man who was often stressed and worried about things and prone to bouts of depression. They had chatted on the phone the previous evening but when late morning came it proved impossible to contact him again. The friend decided to go round after twelve hours passed since their last contact. The door was locked from the inside and after repeated calls went unanswered the friend decided to break the door down. The victim was hanging amid exercise equipment and the friend cut him down but it was too late and so they called the rescue foundation. An autopsy has been ordered as further inquiries continue, reported Prachup Post News with information supplied by a rescue foundation.
