Surely we need to wait for Bill Gates to say what a mess they are before that happens?

For now the mayor encouraged visitors to take pictures of the street as it looks at the moment

That's what they said last spring, when they shut down "for a few weeks to flatten the curve".

Walking street without bars and girls and music will be dead.

They know why people came to Pats. They don't know who will be interested to come Pas without Walking street as it was known in happy days.

They killed the golden goose - may be in future they will have a meager sparrow

They can move the bars to a different location and make there for instance nice restaurants with sea view. The customers of todays Walking Street are interested in nice girls and not so much in sea views. This prime location is a waste for the purpose it has today. But anyhow - I doubt that there will be much change. Will illegal buildings be removed this time? I think I know the answer...
