A friend of mine needs to get the translation of a birth certificate certified by the Spanish embassy in Bangkok. What does he need if he is not in Bangkok?

He can call to Instituto Español in Bangkok. This is a Cultural Center located in Nana Plaza, near Spanish Embassy (Asoke). they can help him in the process and translate the Birth Certificate. If your friend can not move to Bangkok they can do the job and send by Post.
