A1Str8
If there's a computer, that can play 4k videos(not on 4k display), is it then safe to say that the graphics card supports a 4k monitor?

Eindhoven
Why don't you just tell of the specs of the PC? Typing in System Information in the search box might help.

kekalot
we can't know the answer without specs also could easily be answered by googling it, IE: https://www.google.com/search?q=gtx+750ti+maximum+resolution it's not actually displaying 4K now when you play 4K youtube videos and 4k is 4x the resolution to render than 1080p anyways, having a video card that can display 4k doesn't mean you're going to have a good time with it
