An enormous mansion in Bangkok with an equally sizable price tag has gone viral on social media after recently being listed for sale.

The sprawling property is located in Minburi and is well known to fans of Thai TV shows, having featured in numerous drama and lakorn soaps, Daily News reported.

The three story mansion is built on 5 rai of land and consists of 8 bedrooms  and 12 bathrooms. It has a large study area, home office, 3  reception rooms, dining room, complete with stage, Thai and Western style kitchens and a swimming pool.

For the staff - because let’s face it, if you can afford to buy this place, you won't be doing your own cleaning - there is accommodation for up to 6 staff members. The garage has enough room for up to 5 cars.

The property is sold fully furnished and is on the market for 185,000,000 baht.

Having money does not necessarily equate to having good taste. I have my senses regularly assaulted by this bastion of great design: http://www.sukhawadee.com/new_web/index.php

as if the lookof it wasn't sufficiently offensive, the (really appallingly bad even by Thai standards) website says:

Foreigners 500 baht.
Thai people 180 baht.

The price is quite reasonable. One of my neighbours is selling his smaller pad for 600 mill +

A few other neighbours are asking 200+ mill

Appalling encompasses everything featured on this thread.

Get real guys those knocking the place should post pics of their expensively interior decorated sqeeky fan rooms ????

Whoooooooosh!

It's not about expensive. It's about good taste. A simple and inexpensive accommodation can still be beautiful.
