Google voice commands

I've got an Android phone and Chromebook in my room, so when I say 'OK google' both start up - any way to get one to do this only?

Is there a specific voice command to start Google Music, and not Youtube or anything else?

I've got Youtube Premium, so have this available.

Thanks

Look for "Google Assistant" related settings.  There is an option to turn this on or off on a device.

Are you using the same account on all devices?

Can't find an ideal solution but you can

disable Hey Google on a device

turn off the mic for the app

turn off monitoring when doing a specific thing, like driving

You can replace Hey Google with another catch-phrase, but that is linked to the account so would still open both devices.

"Hey Google, Open Google Music"

disable Hey Google on a device: process varies by make/model/rev.

"Hey Google, Turn off Assistant"

????

You can search, open Settings, type Assistant, go into Assistant Settings, press Voice Match, Toggle Hey Google to Off.

How to stop an Android from listening to you by disabling Google Assistant
Open the Settings app.
Tap "Google."
In the services section, select "account services."
Choose "search, Assistant & voice."
Tap "voice."
In the "Hey Google" section, select "voice match."
Turn off "Hey Google" by swiping the button to the left.

I have several Google-enabled devices and they all respond to "hey, Google" if they are in range.  However only one actually performs the function that follows.  I'm not sure how they decide which device executes the command.
