Day Late On Going to Get my Consideration Stamp Turned to Official Extension

Recommended Posts

If you have an extension application under consideration and return a day later than stamped, provided it has been approved, they will issue the extension. There is no fine.

A considerate office would phone you to advise you when it was approved.

Use common sense, just say you were popping in to see if it had been approved as you haven't received a call. ????

No issue as Jack said...

BUT was pooping myself for a second as the couple in front of me were late on something (I couldn't hear exactly what, was it late like me, or late on their actual extension request).

And the girl told them 4,000 each for being late.

Maybe girl meant 4000 in total for both of them. Wild guess.

Late fine for 90 day report is 2000b

I'd guess late for extension renewal, 8 days = 4,000 baht each overstay fine ???

Honestly, what I heard didn't make sense.

She said 500 day each.  But by time end of their excuses she said 4000 each, and reapeated yes, each (they were 4 days late).

They were weak excuses, like we misread it...

Think your on the money.

Do you any idea what is the limit number of days for overstay when applying for extension renewal. Meaning many examples of someone missing their stamp date and renewing several days later.

Surely there must be limit ?

Totally at the discretion of the office or officer their dealing with, or the amount of the donation to their Xmas party.
