Is the BBC getting too "woke" ?

I have just looked at the BBC World News online. Headlines 1 to 3 are:

1. China strengthening her grip on Hong Kong. Fair enough.

2. Myanmar protest updates. Yes, again fair enough.

3. Indian woman keeps flower embroidery tradition alive. No, no way can this be ahead of anything about Covid, the Pope in Iraq, Aussie political sex scandal, New York political sex scandal and dozens of other topics of world relevance.

BBC World News on TV is no better. It spends ab inordinate amount of time describing how wonderfully diverse it is that it forgets it's main function which is reporting the news. If it wasn't for the fact the gorgeous Yalda Hacim and Lucy Hocking still appear on our screens BBC World News would not be worth the bother. I expect both these 2 delights will be replaced any time soon by a couple of old and fat frumps completely devoid of sex appeal.

The BBC is now so woke it is in danger of sending eerybody to sleep.

High Court judge ruled that the health secretary @MattHancock BROKE THE LAW in his direct awarding of multimillion pound PPE contracts?
BBC report that Harry and Megan won’t be fulfilling royal duties. No mention of Hancock’s skullduggery.

Been dissolving into the Woke corporation for yrs Champers .. but yes more recently even more so ..

Their time is running out though as the Gov' have been looking into decriminalising the not having a licence issue which is where they got funded from and making it a civil matter .. if they ( BBC ) are so confident of the quality of their programs then go to the subscription model where people pay IF they want Beeb as you have to do with Sky , Netflix , Amazon , etc ..

Was not always the case, BBC circa 1975 and now very banned on re runs

... except the real focus the BBC had on Woking this programme out of the air waves;

 - was 'the Germans' references a bit further along in the episode...

120,000 dead, NHS being offered 1%, Johnson hoodwinking Tory donors into paying for renovations for Princess Nut Nut's decorations then trying to create a tax dodging charity for it, £2.6 million spent on a media room, Hancock breaking the law handing out contracts like confetti, reneging on the NI protocol, Fishing industry down the pan, 20% decline in exports.....The BBC is a mouth piece of the Tory government.....they have no serious journalists anymore....the only one worth her salt is Emily Maitlis

Totally left wing bias, they don't give a rats tail about their audience as long as they can preach instead of reporting news as they should. How many warnings as the likes of Emily Maitlas had her colleague Andrew Marr had.

Looking forward to some unbiased news reporting from the brilliant Andrew Neil on the new GB News which launches this month.

The BBC has had its chips, more people are cancelling their licences every day, good riddance to what used to be a world trusted service.

That's OK to but you're get 2 to 1 side of a story instead 1 to 1 side. ????

the only ever decent Content out of CCTV9; was a documentary about the Mauser

 - and I reckon the first instance in history the CCP has ever taken someone elses failure, and turned it into a 'real' success story...

Yeah all news stations even BBC should be taken with a pince of salt.

Many slag off but RT but programs like underground and Peter Label talk program aren't bad IMHO.

Keep taking those meds - what are you on; Daily mail in the morning, Sun for lunch and finishing off with the Express (probably still keenly following the Diana story)
