Ive been dabbling in the Graku as well.as the thai lady at the shop --I asked her for fun which is best?  Pow-ah! Pow-ah! Strong!!! 555....and the price has actually gone up a bit ......I have taken one tablet or half of one to check the "pow-ah" factor....are you saying you have taken TWO at once?....

And yep I get the heat flush too but the worst has been heartburn from em...otherwise..still alive to fight another day!  Pickle tickle time ladies--dim the lights! ????

How do you take half a capsule. Grakcu are capsules not tablets. Heartburn is definitely the worst side effect I have had, like you.

Yes, I had forgotten how the gels seem to be a little more effective than the tablets.  I have decided to leave the Grakcu stuff a while longer.

Next step is to try just one gel or just one tablet and see if that works and at some stage try the Grakcu stuff.

If the worst comes to the worst, then the gel and half tablet seems to be effective and also, I think the 9 day interval between bonks had me raring to go.

Sounds like a plan---time to send the niece to the movies!...guessing the gel magic gets right into the gums and bloodstream--much like snuff tabacco

There are so many positive effects on the body from sex/ejaculation.

Lowers chances of P cancer, better sleep, better general moods, increases immune system, several other positives some studies show it may increase your life span.

It is one of the reasons I am here enjoy it everyday.

Agree!

"How ignorant of some to bad mouth sex".

The bad-mouthers are the jealous ones, no longer able to get it up or stuck in sexless relationships.

Good news for you dudes who take Viagra (and I assume the various generics)....

[Viagra may help men to live longer and reduce their risk of heart disease, study finds]

You dont know the story about viagra? They were developing and testing for veins, blood circulation.

Then the tested men (maybe also women) didnt want to return the pills.

We all know why now they didnt want to return, it works for widening veins in your whole body.

It is doing its work. The side effect, was a pleasant one.

But sure it works for your whole blood system.

Omeprazole is not a one time drug. You need to take it daily for at least 2 weeks for it to work. Gaviscon dual action is probably better.

Dr. Richard Ablin, the inventor of the PSA test says it's become a medical money-making boondoggle and is useless for diagnosing prostate cancer.

Its not used to diagnose cancer. Its just an indicator. DRE followed by biopsy is used for diagnosis, often followed by MRI/CT scan.

Cavaject stays in your dick and produces none of the side effects of Viagra. And boy does it work. You can hang your coat on it for 4 hours whether you want to or not.

Well you have to be rich, as a dose cost $140, but then even:

  • injection site reactions (mild/moderate pain, irritation, or slight bleeding),
  • unusual discharge from your penis,
  • pain in your penis/urethra/testicles,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • back pain,
  • a rash on the skin of your penis,
  • itching/warmth/numbness of your penis,

Biopsies apparently aren't as accurate as once believed. They tend to be quite hit and miss.

I get it for free and have been for the last 10 years. Occasionally get the first symptom if my aim is a bit off. Never had any of the other symptoms. Retail in UK is around £20 (800 baht).

I contacted one of the Bangkok clinics mentioned in this thread today.

This is what they sent back -

psa-1,050

free testosterone - 1,850

Testosterone- 900

LH- 850

FSH- 850

ESTRADIOL - 850

So 6,350 baht for those 6 tests or about 160 pounds - seems pricey.

I also checked a clinic in Pattaya which advertises this on their web page.

Eight tests for 4,900 or about 120 pounds - a lot better value.

I think I'll wait until my knee checkup at the Army hospital next month and ask to be referred to endocrinology.  There's bound to be a lot of testosterone tests done in an Army!

EDIT - further to my post above, I asked them how much for testing Oestrogen - 850 baht.

So a new total of -

PSA-1,050

Free testosterone - 1,850

Testosterone- 900

LH- 850

FSH- 850

ESTRADIOL - 850

Oestrogen - 850

Grand total = 7,200 baht or about £180 where I come from.  I'll be shopping around.

I will certainly be trying the Army hospital when I go for a knee checkup next month, but in the meantime, it has been suggested that I try Vachira hospital on Samsen Road, a Government hospital with a good reputation.  Unfortunately their website does not seem to list what departments they have.

Does anyone have any experience of the place?

Well, gents, a sad and sorry tale to report.  Last night, when the niece who stays with us had gone back home, we tried our luck.  I took the same dose as last time - one Kamagra gel and half a Kamagra tablet.

There was plenty of foreplay and we were raring to go but for some reason, it didn't work as well as last time.  I can always feel when it's going to fail but I can't define it.   All started well but after a few minutes I started to feel hot (a sure sign) so put the aircon on max and the fan on double speed.  Started again after some manual help.  Again, another  flop after a few minutes.  More help from a patient wife but I know when there's no point in carrying on so just gave up.  I did reward the wife by other means for her patience though!  ????

I have identified a few factors which I believe contribute to the problems.  If we are mature enough for a discussion between adults and no schoolboy remarks, here we go.

  1. Sometimes during sex, I start to feel hot for no reason I can fathom, and that's normally a sign things will fail.  We do need to plan sex so that I can take Kamagra or whatever a few hours in advance to be sure it will be working.
Also, since the niece moved in, we have to plan for when she goes out with a friend.  If she's there, I find it awkward.  We have had sex when the niece is downstairs but I'm a bit conscious of her being there.
She's 24, a bit slow and dim and very reclusive, both with us or when at the family home.  She rarely speaks or smiles and words have to be dragged from her.  My wife just says to ignore her and if the headboard bangs the wall, so what?
  2. Last night was the first night after she finished her period and she says she always feels 'tight' at those times.  I suspect drier than usual too, after up to a week off.
  3. My wife is 52 in July (but looks 10 years younger) so is menopausal and her libido was never high.  She was never a ball of fire at initiating (fairly typical middle aged traditional Thai woman, not done to talk openly about sex) and is a slow burner, hence the lengthy foreplay, but always enjoys sex and will never refuse unless it's shark week.
That also means that the menopausal symptoms are there - dryness in particular but I can always solve that problem.    Low libido is probably a factor though.  I may have to consider her getting HRT because she has other symptoms as well, such as forgetfulness and sometimes mood swings.
  4. There seems to be something she does in the way she holds her body.  I can't pinpoint it, but if she moves in a certain position, I lose all feeling.  It's as though the friction disappears.  Can't put my finger on it.  We always try a number of positions, but once that happens, it's gone and only returns to fruition about 50% of the time.

My wife is always very understanding and will continue helping me, so I am very lucky.  I just wish things weren't so hit and miss.

Indeed Pfizer were testing sildenafil (the drug in Viagra) on the veins and arteries of old folk to see if they could improve blood flow and also if it would have any effect on dementia and the like.

Of course they never realised that sildenafil could have other effects, and the "story" goes that there were guys walking around in old folks homes, with erections, but not remembering what to do with them!

I have just had a quote from another Bangkok testing clinic -

Free Testosterone (Total Testosterone+SHBG+Free)  2,500 baht

Estradiol  450 baht

Growth Hormone 1,200 baht

FSH  400  baht

LH   400  baht

Progesterone 450  baht

Cortisol 350 baht

No mention of PSA.  5,750 baht for that lot, or about £145 where I come from.

A little cheaper than the first place I quoted.

Yes, one of my old students is the Bangkok regional sales manager for Pfizer and he told me that story.

It looks like you are to busy with all and therefor your mind tells you, NO. It can also be in subconscious way.

You know you get hot doing it and then break it, to put on fan airco,  Do it before you start.

Yes , a woman can have it sometimes more open or more moisturized, so you lose touch. Specially when your dick is not like a round tree.

Then you shouldnt even think about that, as it will go wrong Just think horny, and dont think otherwise.

Subconscious is hard to beat, it is in your mind and you have to overcome it.

In a medical documentary about prostate cancer and qonseuences, i saw once:

There are other ways by surgery, you can have a stick in your dick, but then it is always stretched. Yeah you can bend it.

Otherwise there is a system you can pump it up with air and afterwards release the air again for normal way.

Your mind could be the enemy.

When i was young, i gave blood, never a problem until i passed out one time, they were drawing too fast.

It took many years to give blood again "normal", even had to stop giving blood. It was set in my mind and couldnt do it anymore.

Even when having a sample, i already warned them and they lay me down which helped and didnt look.

From just a normal procedure to a complicated one, due to experience and mind setting.

It's called performance anxiety and it can induce/cause ED. In fact up to 20 percent of ED cases are of psychological origin.
