• There are two points to that, and the first is that 'you know you get hot'.  Yes, I do, but I don't know WHEN I will get hot.  It happens at some times, and doesn't happen at other times.  I can never say when.
• Why do you assume I don't switch on the aircon and fan until we start having sex?  Of course I don't, because that would be stupid.  The house has concrete walls and they retain heat so the aircon needs to be on for a few hours beforehand.  
  My fault for not being clearer in my post, but this is what I do every single night - at about 6.30 to 7 pm, I close all the windows (I like them open during the day) and the curtains.  Then I switch on the aircon and set it to 'powerful' which is maximum fan speed.  Once it's reached the temperature I like it at (27 C) the fan reverts to normal speed and the temperature stabilises there.
  If we are going to have sex, I go into the bedroom 30 minutes before and set it to powerful again, just to cool the room a little more.  I also then switch on the floor fan.
• If I start to feel hot during sex, it is THEN that I set the fan to powerful and that only takes a moment using the remote.  Only SOMETIMES do I get out of bed to set the fan to a faster speed.  That's not the cause of any erectile dysfunction.

As my wife is menopausal she is prone to vaginal dryness, but that is easily remedied, either orally or by using a lubricating gel, which we sometimes do if necessary.  

I don't get anxious about my performance before sex.  I never worry about if it will happen or not.  I do try to spend a long-ish time on foreplay because my wife is a slow burner as I have said in another post and it also makes me hornier. 

 

As to having a 'stick in my  dick', forget that, ain't nobody cutting my dick!  That's the last desperate measure of someone who can't accept aging.  I'd prefer to just do it once a month instead.  

I knew a quite unpleasant dirty old sexpat guy aged about 86, and he was going to go to India to have a plastic thing inserted into his dick which you could flick into erect mode or down to normal mode.  
He showed me all the details from the Indian hospital but luckily I talked him out of it.

Actually, you made a good point there about  getting the gel into the gums. 

I haven't  used the gels for some years and I forgot that the best way to make them work more effectively is to hold the gel in your mouth for about a minute, sloshing it under the tongue and also well into the gums with your tongue.

I didn't do that the other night.  I forgot about the above and just squeezed the sachet onto a spoon and took it straight down.  I always take the Kamagra at 7.30 pm though so there should have been plenty of time for it to be in my bloodstream by 10 pm. 

Perhaps I should take it later, maybe its efficacy falls off quicker now that I am older.  I know it should work for about 8 hours, but perhaps not with me any more.

Yeah, an hour is plenty of time, after 30-40 minutes things start to stiffen up with some assistance.  I always leave it a bit longer than an hour though.

ooooooo!!! sorry!! just saw this.....I have only taken HALF OR ONE whole..there was a debate about why i had tablets vs others with capsules(half dose)

I would get the usual flush--heated and the worst part is the heartburn......so to conclude ive only taken 1 whole or less.....Go get em cowboy! Report back! ????

It's OK, I sorted it.  I just took the usual Kamagra gel and half a tablet 30 minutes later for insurance.   Let's just say that all went well. 

It was a little off-putting because although the niece had gone back home, the wife's bl@@dy daughter turned up to stay the night!  ????  Thai families, eh?

The wife didn't care though and was pretty helpful and enthusiastic so all ended well.

 

I'm not sure I like the sound of the side effects though, but I'll try one of those Grakcu things next time.

My last 2 Chiang Mai GFE were 24 and 31. They were hot, sexy, experienced - thus they really turned me  on.  Last October - when I moved back to Patts - I was mortified by the ubiquitous old gals in  the massage parlors. This is just an opinion, is it not the case that the ladies shout "hey hansum man" mostly at the overweight, unattractive guys to boost them up a bit as they are not used to female attention, and so have a better chance of getting custom from them.

Let me say in all honestly, I have never on any occasion had "hey hansum man" or anything similar shouted at me from any of these working girls.
