petermik 18387 Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 There was a huge Soapy completed early last year near Friendship on Pattaya Tai....aimed mainly at the Chinese/Indian market...opened for a couple of weeks after a huge fanfair then Covid hit and it`s been closed ever since....one day maybe somewhere in the distant future who knows....
