Popular Post Thailand
Just opened the front door after having had the aircon on for a couple of hours, the taste and the smell of the smog was overpowering, door shut hunkered down! Earlier in the day took my dog to the vets, she has a bright red rash on her lower body, scratching and furiously licking her paws. The vet says yes we are seeing a lot of this nowadays, due to the animals inhaling the smog and causing: "Atopic dermatitis is a pruritic (itchy) skin disease of dogs and cats. With this condition, an allergic reaction occurs when an animal inhales airborne substances (pollen, house dust) or ingests a substance to which they are sensitive. The allergic reaction causes the animal to rub, lick, bite or scratch." So. is you have an urge to scratch parts of your body, bite the wife/girlfriend or a need to lick your feet you know what your animals are going through! 2 1
holy cow cm
Interesting, but don't buy it. My Frenchie Bull has problems of redness that are from the heat. I would guess that if your vet was to really hit the point on true or not, then he or she would need to do a blood test on the animal.
anon7854
That is hereditary disease , it has little to do with inhaling smog.

He did. I think I my vet of some 18 years has an idea of what he is doing. And I know the difference between heat rash on dogs as opposed to what my dog was suffering from. But then of course many posters on tv are experts on everything.
