Recommended Posts

The Pathumwan branch of Thailand’s state-run Krung Thai Bank was closed today (Monday) after a staff member was found to be infected with COVID-19. Four colleagues, who worked next to him, have been quarantined for 14 days.

According to the “Krungthai Care” Facebook page, the employee in question developed symptoms on March 25th and went to hospital for examination on March 28th. A test confirmed he is infected and he was admitted for treatment.

The bank says it will follow the condition of his four colleagues closely and the branch is to be disinfected today.
