Just a start maybe? Found out more. It was a private company that came up with the idea but they have now set up a JV with the government and the state. Apparently they have already accumulated 20 tons of leaves and it will be extended to other "burnable" vegetation in the near future. That is the killer......farmers would have to see some serious money in order to do the work required to gather in, bundle and transport that waste.
