geovalin
A total of 102 live pigs imported from neigbouring countries were culled yesterday, after they were found infected with African Swine Flu (ASF). The pigs were culled in Takeo province’s Bati district after illegal traders tried to transport them to Phnom Penh from the border province. Animal Health and Production director-general, Tan Phanara said that the live pigs were brought in without legal certifications from the Thai authorities to Stung Treng province via Laos. He said it was due to the authorities being alert that they managed to seize the pigs that were being smuggled into the country. He added the relevant authorities and officials were now more vigilant with ASF outbreak in neighbouring countries. read more https://www.khmertimeskh.com/50833184/live-pigs-with-african-swine-flu-culled/
