Susco Posted April 7, 2021 Share Posted April 7, 2021 Last month I registered for a Transferwise (Wise) account. Sent them copies of my passport and everything else they asked for. Made 1 transfer to a UK account, using my EU registered debit card, which went through right away. Today I try to login and get the message, account deactivated. If you are logged out of your account contact us here, which takes you to a page where you can't contact anyone. Finally on the opening page there is a CONTACT tab, so click on that, it asks you to login first LOL. So they deactivate your account, without giving a reason, then ask you to contact them, but don't give you an option for that. Do they consider themselves above the law and getting in the same league as that other <deleted> payment platform paypal? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
