According to a notice by the Inter-Ministerial Committee to Combat COVID-19 and signed by Minister of Health Mam Bun Heng, who is also the committee chairman, vaccination for foreigners in Cambodia has run smoothly because it has set up a mechanism for voluntary vaccinations for foreigners.
