Longbow212
Hello Thaivisa members, My work contract will come to an end in the summer and I will need to cancel my non-b visa. I am looking at changing to a marriage visa. I would like to know what the requirements are for this so that I can get prepared in advance. thanks
ubonjoe
I assume you are on an extension of stay based upon working not a 90 day entry from a non-b visa. You can change to a extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai when you current extension of stay ends. To apply for the extension you will need 400k baht in a Thai bank bank for 2 months. Or proof of 40k baht income proven with a document from your embassy or proof by way of 12 months of 40k baht into transfers into a bank account from abroad.
