BoganInParasite
There is a lot more than that closed in Nan. The majority of tourist attractions have been closed across the province. That plus local quarantine requirement have resulted in a very quiet city. Last Friday I drove through the tourist precinct centred on Wat Phumin and it was the first time in three years I didn't see any tourist whatsoever. The wife's homestay business is a tad quiet atm.
