Elite Visa 90 day reporting/renewal/change etc - on our own, they've come down with Covid.

Recommended Posts

Just goes to show, the HQ is inside the Governments own building, yet they've managed to catch the dreaded Covid.

No where is safe...

Dear Valued Members,

We are deeply sorry to inform you that one of Member Contact Center officers has been tested positive for COVID-19, forcing us to close our head office for deep-clean disinfection while ordering staffs to work from home until 30 April 2021 to limit transmissions.

To comply with the regulations of the Department of Disease Control, Thailand Elite Member Contact Center will be temporarily unavailable from today, until 30 April 2021.

We hope to fully resume our operations on 1 May 2021, or earlier if possible. If you have any urgent matter during this difficult time, please send an email to [email protected].

Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this may cause you, and we thank you very much for your kind understanding.

Yours sincerely,

Thailand Elite

The title is 'incorrect.'

You are not "on your own."

In areas like Pattaya, CM, and Phuket an agent can be used (free of charge) who will do the 90 day reports for you.

Simple and efficient.

Exactly, on your own, having to use aa third party agent is no different to doing yourself (which is quicker), the entire point of EVA doing it is because theres less hands involved, less areas for a cockup.

Dear Valued Members,

According to our previous announcement of the Member Contact Center Department's closure from 19 - 30 April 2021, we would like to inform you that this will not affect your Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) bookings that you have made before 19 April 2021.

For members who have an appointment with our Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) at the Immigration Bureau (Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office) during 20 April - 7 May 2021, please be informed that your appointment is still confirmed and will be proceeded as scheduled. Our EPL officer will contact you by your mobile number one day before the appointment date to confirm the meeting point.

For members who have dropped the passport at our head office on Monday 19 April 2021 for 90-day reporting, please be informed that your passport will be ready for collection on Friday 23 April 2021 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Our head office will be open on Mondays and Fridays only. Please avoid visiting our office on other days.

So 90 days report thru Elite visa office is still working.
