I want to rent a condo for 12 months( I retiree)at or around Silom Road. The place must be no more than 5 minutes walk to Silom Road. Looking for : 1 bedroomed furnished place above 40 SQM, with seperate bedroom or studio with partitioned bedroom area; kitchnette or kitchen area, balcony. Able to install my own 3BB internet connection. About 20k negotiable. I believe I can find a place under 20k monthly as Covid has-in my view- created a renters market. Condition of any agreement Landlord will cooperate in the proper and timely submission of TM 30 to Thai Immigration. If anyone has any suggestions or place available as per above, kindly contact me.
