DrJack54 Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 Dumb question but I'll ask anyway. I did my report 20 days before due date April 28 by mail. Many reports of very late returns. I think you missed the point. In order to do an online report you have to have done at least one in person first. With the update I would surmise it does not have that information loaded into yet and therefore everyone will end up getting the pop-up that says see your immigration office. I just checked my status and it shows my last report was in early 2020 even though I did a in person report in Feb this year. The web site shows I am 98 days overstay. I just used the web and the app. Both showing my last online report but not showing my last report which was in person. When I try to do my next (due April 28) it tells me to report to local immigration office.
