Private hospitals to be allowed to accept COVID-19 patients

While the number of COVID-19 patients in Cambodia keeps increasing at an alarming rate, the Ministry of Health today announced that it will allow private hospitals and clinics to treat  COVID-19 patients.

 

In order to receive the right to give this service, the owners or managers of the hospitals or clinics are required to apply for a permit from the ministry. However, they needs to fulfill several conditions, including possessing enough specialised equipment and tools to treat the patients, an effective preventive system and a good waste management system.

 

Just in a period of two months, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the Kingdom has risen from just above 500 to nearly 10,000, with most of the cases being  linked to the February 20 Community Event. The virus has also spread to 22 out of Cambodia’s 25 provinces.

In quadripilcate each  page signed by their grandparents grandparents? Processing time  will be 18  months.
