webfact Posted April 27, 2021 Share Posted April 27, 2021 Picture: Daily News The Rayong provincial governor has ordered that the holiday island of Koh Samet closes all hotels and resorts for 14 days from today, Tuesday 27th April. Channa Iamsaeng held a meeting with his deputy and health officials in which it was announced that 426 people had tested positive in Rayong after 14,010 tests, reported Daily News. Five of those were in Koh Samet. Locals will still be able to come and go if they register at the port. Tourists who have booked should contact resorts for refunds or delays to their trips.
