There were 13 cases nationwide. There was only one in the whole of Bangkok the Thai capital that has a population of 10,722,815 people. His name is Prayuth Chan-ocha and his job is prime minister. The miscreant was fined 6,000 baht for breaking the rules in Dusit district. Daily News called this offender "Big Too" in their headline. (Too in Thai means to grab by force). Other offenders nationwide were two in court in Ayutthaya fined 2,000 baht each, two in Chanthaburi 6,000 baht each, five in Nakhon Phanom fined 6,000 baht (one more pending in court, one in Surat Thani fined 2,000 baht and one in Pattani fined 1,000 baht. There were 13 cases nationwide. 13 out of 70 million people. Like enforcement of traffic laws, this will be selectively enforced at roadblocks and checkpoint bases on perceived ability to pay.
