Burma Bill
8 hours ago, webfact said: has issued a formal request for people staying in Phuket to stay at home or their place of accommodation In my opinion "beyond belief"! Here in Cambodia, a mandatory curfew instruction was issued for all people (except emergency personnel) to remain indoors between 8pm and 5am!! Anyone wandering the streets between these hours faced arrest and a hefty fine or imprisonment - and there were offenders who were processed through the courts.
