webfact Posted May 5, 2021 Share Posted May 5, 2021 Picture: Daily News Thailand's immigration chief Lt-Gen Sompong Chingduang gave details of the arrest on a Prakhanong Court warrant for fraud of the owner of a Japanese restaurant in Pathum Thani. Shoji Y., had told three victims in three different civil cases that he could help them because he knew a "Mr Big" in Thailand. His boasts proved to be groundless and he took their two million baht and they lost the cases losing 40 million baht in the process.
