About par for the course.

About par for the course for some members here.  This is what was actually reported...

"A police report was filed though the cops were waiting on a medical report".

Where did it say that "the police were doing nothing" in this case?

Yeah, they're doing the really important job of waiting for the medical report.

CCTV clearly shows that an assault took place, why haven't they made an arrest?

They can always file additional charges subject to a medical report.

It is assault causing bodily harm.

Not attempted murder.

premeditated aggravated assault that had the potential of causing death.
it's just short of premeditated attempted murder.

I'd give 5 years in jail for that.

Where  did  I say the police were doing nothing IN THIS  CASE?

Well, you posted the following on this thread....

"...quite  often their police force does nothing"...

Which suggests that's what you were getting at!

But you don't see a  difference between quite  often and in this case, very  well  carry  on. I'll  just  yank your  words  back  out  of my  mouth.

Where there is the attempted murder? I don't might light of it, a person can be killed by a simple fall.

One Korean buddhist, I don't know if she was a nun or a layperson once told me

"If you say something, somebody can die". "Before talk think, then think again"

I didn't take seriously first but  you will realize this is 100 percent true.

The great law of cause and effect.

What do you have to say to make someone die? Asking for a friend.

How do you know that they haven't.   The report did not say that she had not been arrested.

Ah, the double negative argument.

The report also didn't say whether she worked as an astronaut or not.

Such a good Buddhist  ..amazing Thailand , so polite to others...................Bitch !!

Strange thing to say. Can you imagine a Thai seeing a fight in your country and saying"good Christian"?

In all my years here, I've seen only a handful of fights, I could count on my fingers. When I lived in Leith, I would fights worse than this almost daily.

Valid point, it does seem strange... But, there are a lot of ’strange comments’ which when analysed seem strange but in context make more sense.

Thai’s always say.. "Wow, you eat spicy food ?” which is perfectly normal in context, but I never say to a Thai in the UK “Wow, you eat Fish & Chips ?”....

The initial comments on Buddhists seem to be an attempted ironic response based on the experience many of have had here after been told by someone they can’t get rid of a colony of ant’s because that would make them a bad Buddhist, or the ‘stray soi dog’ problem can’t be resolved because it would be bad Buddhist practice to carry out a cull etc

The fights that would break out in the UK are usually a result of someone being a d!<k outside the pub, alcohol related, directly confrontational, shouting, pushing, punches etc... they rarely escalate beyond that.

Plenty of flights here but the usually brew for a long time before the flareup.

Obviously no ’typical characteristic though’... but, there are a lot of fights here, they just occur well below our socio-economic exposure.. i.e. tech colleges, the carpark of a local pub etc etc.. the ’shoot-out’ is also a lot more common here.

The video seems to show a degree of calculation. The woman walks out and pushes the other lady into the road. Rather than wanting to make physical contact with any angry punch or a kick, it would appear the woman wants the ‘damage’ to come from impact with a vehicle - something wholly evil.

Totally the opposite to what I saw in the vdo.

Now this intrigues me...  I see woman standing in next to her motorcycle, another woman comes up, with two hands gives her a hard shove into the road.

Obviously we don’t know what transpired before hand, the fair assumption is some form of disagreement or argument. The intention seems fairly clear to me.

It appears that the aggressor wanted to push the other into the road.

I am now very curious how you saw the opposite (you may have identified something I haven’t) - what did you see in the video ?
