MaiLou Posted May 12, 2021 Share Posted May 12, 2021 I am currently looking to rent an office here in Pattaya, the landlord wants to charge 7 baht per unit, is this normal? I know that a law was passed to prevent this on residential buildings, but i am not sure how it stands with commercial rental locations. I also know that the landlord lives in the building, so is the building residential or commerical, does the deed state that its residential or commercial?
