My wife and I feed the stray dogs when we stop at gas stations as we're traveling. They're usually quite friendly and greatful, both the dogs and the staff.

How thoughtful of you to feed the strays and then immediately nick off to leave the stray problem for others.    Do you feed the stray dogs and cats around your own place also or just around other people's places?

cats are living in the property since years and the property is huge as a football field, so do you think that I will accept that a piece of $$$hit of a slave of a juristic person to tell me what i can do or not ?

You sound like a very nice person to deal with……… ????????????

They are very clean animals, and even efficiently dispose of their own waste.

Only if there is somewhere for them to bury it!  If there isn't that facility they're no different to dogs in their attitude to leaving it for children to walk in.   I've never seen a cat scooping it up into a plastic bag and putting it in the correct bin, have you?

Feeding stray dogs is just perpetuating the problem and their misery, please stop doing it.

They'll be even more miserable if they starve.

No, they won't be around if they starve, that's the object of the exercise.

for those who really don't want any cats around...

the following will do a pretty good job of keeping them away from your space

This Model makes Cats - 'S.E.P'   (somebody else's problem)

I have over the year tried out a myriad of models/designs

- and this one worked best for me

unfortunately that also affects other animals as well, so I cannot use one or it will affect my pets in the same way it would affect the bloody soi cats and dogs

I can just imagine rocking up at a Condo building with intent to rent or buy and see stray cats being fed-U-turn. No don't get me wrong, growing up, we always had cats, while not a cat lover but can tolerate them in correct environments.  But within a Condo building, disgusting.

If you chose to stay in a particular Condo, housing estate, Hotel, whatever, got to tow the line and live by the rules.

"hi,

condo manager said do not feed cats inside the property, even just few cats live here since so many years.

I will not stop feeding them and I do not care to tell him at the same time i will spit in his face, but,"

Spit in anyone's face and it deserves arrest and to be deported by such a crude vile action.

this model doesn't seem to affect birdies (cockatiels/budgies)

 - but it really sends cockroaches and especially earwigs bonkers. They go crazy for that first day spinning in random circles... and then they are all gone

as far as other animals are concerned, I'm happier that we only have goldfish right now ????

From where did you purchase it and the cost?

What sort of animals/insects does it repel?

How long have you used it and has it consistently been effective?

Thank you.

Can you send me the details on make/model/etc. Where did you buy yours from Bunnings?

cats to take care of another problem and that is rats...

True.

But a well fed cat is a lazy b****** who wouldn't budge even if a 1000 mice jumped over its back!

Stray cats can bring rabies and other diseases too.

A more balanced non dramatic & non threatening / non demanding post might bring some better results.

Members on this forum are not your employees.

By the way there are laws in Thailand about the management of condo buildings and condo owners (as a body recognized at law) can and do make numerous policies for each condo.

Once a new rule has been established by the local committee or at an AGM or all owners then the paid manager must follow these rules / implement these rules. But generally managers, of their own volition can't make rules.

Take the cats away and the rats will come.

With the rats come snakes and dragons.

These reptiles can bite people; some could die.

So according to you I must allow the filthy soi cats to come onto my property and kill my pets. Filthy soi cats carry many life threatening diseases like rabies and if you are bitten or scratched by one of these filthy soi cats then you can die. You want these filth then you can have them but keep the bloody filth on your own property.

Condos have bylaws one of which will usually regard pets.

Sounds to me as if they are feral cats peeing and pooping everywhere and not the pets of residents.

A perfectly reasonable request from the facility manager or owner.

Obviously a worldwide problem if one can buy a ready made sign.
