How to do groceries online for Tesco Lotus?

Hi all, local markets around my place is closed to contain the spread of covid-19.

Normally i would buy groceries either in traditional markets or the closest Tesco Lotus but our landlord has advised us NOT to leave the premise for time being, including not to visit nearby 7-Eleven. She is extremely cautious for any infected tenants.

My question, is there any way i can buy groceries for Tesco Lotus or 7-Eleven and they send the items to my doorstep, then i pay them Cash on Delivery? Is there any apps for such thing? I only know of Shoppee and Lazada, and rarely buy stuff via online but i must adapt to it now.

Thank you.

7-11 does home delivery if you live in a certain radius of the store. Ring them and confirm.

They have an app but its all in Thai AFAIK

You can also use apps like Panda for cooked food from local participating places.

If you are out of range of the usual services talk to your local bike taxi chaps.

Ours will go to the market or 7 or wherever for a very nominal fee, Madam uses them all the time if she's forgotten something vital.

Tops, Villa, BigC as well as Tesco-Lotus have home delivery services. You can use a mobile app or desktop to sign up, sign in, and order. Depending on where you live, some of the markets may not provide delivery service. All 3 below have English as well as Thai.

Tesco has a delivery service too.  It must be in English as a mate of mine used it.  No booze though any more.

I've been using Tesco Lotus Online to order (mostly) bulk items like drinking water, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, etc., as well as some grocery items for delivery for years now.

Apart from the occasional hiccup with drivers not arriving at scheduled delivery times and credit card processing, the service has been reliable.

Living out in the sticks the only delivery I can get is from MakroClick. However they are very good, if they don't have stock in the branch they will order in for me. I talk with my branch via LINE.

In English?

yes.

I'm trying to find Panda Express without success, got a link?

Edit:  Presumably you mean Foodpanda for Family Mart delivery, yes?

What is that?

Grab is available in some parts of Thailand.

it started as a taxi app like Uber.

then grew into food and grocery delivery.

and now they have a messenger to pick up packages from any store to bring to you.

you have to be in their service area.

Your landlady is keeping you prisoner in your own home???  ⚰️  Don't think she has any legal right to do that...

As for the delivery shopping issue, this thread should be instructive (depending on where the OP is located):
