It is not a Joke but it looks like one.

 

“Breastfeeding”

––> “Breast/chestfeeding

 

“Mother/s”

––> “Mother/s or birthing parent/s” or “mothers and birthing parents

 

 “Father”

––> “Parent” or “co-parent
