streetlite
I am considering purchasing an online last will and testament. Should this be notarized at a local Amphur? Does this need to be registered at the local Amphur. How is this used after death if it is not registered? Can anyone (Thai) be the witness. Where does the beneficiary take this after death of a Farang?
