Recording 13.5 mm was Bang Khae on the Thonburi side. With the rain came road accidents. One involved a multiple pile up on the flyover crossing the Ladprao - Rachada intersection. Picture: INN This cause a considerable traffic snarl inbound around 4.30 pm yesterday. Bangkok has been experiencing high temperatures but little rain in recent weeks. A road that has been dry in hot climates gets a coating of grease, that with the addition of a little rain is very much like ice.
