KhunG
When I try to load the system says I am Banned. If I turn on vpn using a Thailand based server, I can log in as normal. I am using TOT fiber from home.

It didn't help. In any case it's showing banned on all my browsers and computers so I don't think it's a cookies issue.
Crossy
Can you PM me your external IP when not using the VPN please. I have no idea whatever what could be causing that, could be that your IP is in a blocked range, but again I don't know why it would be. You could also try re-booting your router to get a new external address.
