soalbundy
Just a precautionary question. In November I have to travel to Bangkok from my home in Surin province for 24 hours by train. Can I just leave again to go back home or is a quarantine needed? All this assuming that the pandemic is still with us then.
KhunBENQ
November? I am afraid that needs a crystal ball. Currently you might be tested and requested to self isolate after return. Be optimistic for November please.
internationalism
if there would be restrictions, they would be implemented at the easiest possible places - train station, airports. Try to have a back up plan with private transport. Even if there are multiple roadblocks you can circumnavigate them constantly checking on googlemaps traffic congestion on your route
Lorry
As of now, 14 days home quarantine. Village elders, health volunteers or neighbours may check on you. Call "covid surin" 092 599 5108, 24hrs. They speak Thai.
