Popular Post webfact
By Woraprat Lerpaisal BANGKOK (NNT) - Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is satisfied with Thailand’s improved competitiveness shown in ratings by the World Competitiveness Center under the Swiss-based International Institute for Management Development (IMD). Deputy government spokeswoman Treasure Taisaranakul said the prime minister acknowledged the competitiveness ranking and is satisfied with the country’s position. She said the prime minister has stressed that rehabilitation of the industry must accelerate with the target now set for the country to reopen its tourism in 120 days. While the country’s overall performance was looking up, some sectors on which economic competency hinges had taken a battering in the past year. Gen Prayut also said reviving the economy must go hand in hand with enforcing strict public health measures and the government campaign for the mass vaccination of the public that has been launched recently. -- © Copyright NNT 2021-06-21 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow Thaivisa on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates

The economy will revive itself without your help Prayut, as you have already helped it to bottom out. Once you vaccinate the population and workers then you can open up and unfortunately if you do it before then you will continue to plummet this country into darkness. You want tourism and so are vaccinating Phuket for the sandbox plan, yet the workers will come from the north and many will be unvaccinated. Tell us how that one will work. 4 1

Priceless/pathetic comment from a pathetic excuse of a PM, he is by far the only one satisfied with the countries position, everybody else are far from satisfied.

By opening up the country in 120 days or less he is absolving himself from all blame. A master stroke to save his skin. If the country stays closed he will pay the price in subsistence, Thailand is or must be nearly broke with all it's borrowing. His plan is to open up, then every one is on their own... sink or swim.. his reply will be.. " the borders are open" no bail-outs or lets go halves schemes.
