Website Designer Wanted

I have a need for someone to set up a few websites which are to be professional in appearance but which will develop over time. I will need to learn how to manage the day to day maintenance of the websites which will include product and price revisions (I am familiar with Cubecart for example). These sites will require marketing on search engines. The designer will be retained for ongoing development work.

I anticipate that this will suit someone who either does this for a living or has an interest in web design. No exact final specifications have been agreed yet.

Payment terms to be agreed either as a one off set up fee with ongoing ad hoc payments or potentially commission based on sales through the websites.
