Positions located in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin Interior Design Supervisor 15 positions Thai/ Expat At least Bachelor Degree in Interior Design. 10+ years experience in hotel and resort design Experience with consulting design company working with Developer / Hotel. Experience in hotel designing both Thailand and overseas experience. Able to drive our interior design direction in our hotel projects and be the primary contact with our hotel management companies. Must be able to think out of the box and have a creative eye in problem solving and can visualize a project. At least 3 years in senior or manager position. You must be able to drive consultants and contractors. Able to work on site in Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Krabi, Hua Hin. M & E Supervisor 5 positions Thai Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Be a Class A licensed M&E engineer that has building renovation experience, preferably hotel and resort experience. At least 10 years experience in Mechanical or Electrical field. Must possess 3 years in construction supervision at project site. Able to work on site in Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Krabi, Hua Hin. Electrical Supervisor 3 positions Thai Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Be a Class A licensed Electrical engineer that has building renovation experience, preferably hotel and resort experience. At least 8 years experience in Electrical field. Must possess 3 years in construction supervision at project site. Able to work on site in Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Krabi, Hua Hin. <A name=OLE_LINK1>Marketing Communications Manager/(E-Commerce & On-line Business) – Expat position You will have overall responsibility for organizing and integrating all PR, comarketing, on-line marketing and communications (CRM) related to the organization. This position will play a crucial role in effectively managing, implementing and growing a comprehensive Database and CRM intiative that will drive the sales channels of our various business units, including hotels, resort properties, airline, and finance. Essential responsibilities: Developing, executing and overseeing a strategic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program. Experience with ACT or Sage a plus. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive program for data capture and management from our various properties, points of sale, and websites.
